Payment, Delivery and Returns


Payment Options:


Instant Credit Card and EFT with Payfast:


Choose this method of payment to instantly pay for your order using - PayFast is a payments processing service. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers. Payfast allow payments in a variety of ways processing credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA's four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and other options to suit you.


HOW DOES IT WORK? With PayFast, you can make secure and instant online payments to us for our goods and services. You do not have to pay anything to use PayFast and you can also choose not to register with payfast if you make use of the instant EFT method or credit card payment.

By Manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):


Once you have completed your shopping in the online store, confirmed your items at "Checkout" and clicked on "Place Order", you will be presented with an invoice showing purchase amounts and delivery costs. You will also receive confirmation via email.

Manual EFT payments have a processing time of 48 hours before we can complete your order.  You will be required to email your proof of payment to  Once the proof of payment is received we will process your order.




Courier delivery for South Africa:


Allow 2-5 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested. We use The Courier Guy Courier Services.  A standard shipping fee of R120.00 will be charged per order. FREE delivery for orders of R3 000.00 or more. 

Return & Exchange Policy:


  • Returned goods will be accepted for credit within 14 working days from date of delivery provided they are accompanied by the original tax invoice.
  • Returned goods will only be accepted for credit or exchange if the goods are in a readily re-sellable condition, unused and in original packaging.*
  • Goods not normally stocked by OrthoSense which are specially ordered at the request of the buyer cannot be accepted for return.
  • If you receive any defective products, kindly email us a photo of the defective item to and we will arrange a courier to collect the item.
  • If any product was wrongly ordered by the buyer, you will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging the item. You may use any preferred courier service.
